Help verify part number? Excursion 7.3 heater hose

I was so excited to finally fix my IDM/UVCH issues and drive my excursion this morning, only to find out after stopping that it was spewing coolant everywhere.

I found this, looks like the nipple broke off inside the hose, so time for a new one.

I believe the part looks like this:

and connects to the drive's side rear part of the head:

I've done some looking around trying to find the exact hose, but the only potential part number I've come up with is: 18472 (kh25) from the fordparts.com website.

I want to make sure i'm ordering he right part (need the complete hose as shown).

Help? Thanks!

I guess it's the passenger side heater core?...oops!

Not sure on the water pump, but don't think so.

It comes out of the passenger side firewall here:

Connects to a hardline that runs behind the turbo against the firewall:

And then becomes the rubber line that disappears down behind the head (or into the head, i can't see):

Does that part include the crimped end with the nibble/bung attached to it?

Feel free to e-mail me. I sent you an e-mail already.

Edit: I was able to find the fittings locally. I have enough material on the to cut off the crimp and make a new fitting. Less than ideal, but my Excursion is stranded at work so I need it out of there quickly.
