Thumbs down Total Diesel Performance Customer Support

So I bought a TS 6 Position chip from them. I paid for next day shipping and its been 3 days, haven't received it. I've called them 2 or 3 times and haven't had anyone answer yet. I just sent an email, waiting to see the results. I also sent an email 3 weeks ago asking a question about the chip and received nothing back.

I've heard plenty good things about their customer service, and so far I haven't heard a thing since I bought the chip. Right now I'm a pretty unsatisfied customer. What are some of you guys' experience with them?

His daughter passed away a few weeks ago. So, if you could just give him a little to get back with you.

Goodbye Morgan! RIP!

Just want to get this and my gauges installed this week so that I can finish my truck (until I'm 18 and have more cash) next week.
