Vibration

Ok I have a vibration when I'm barely accelerating at around 35 mph or I let my foot of the gas and trucks deaccelerating. Replaced ujoints about year and a half ago so I was wondering if it could even be driveline related. Also I hear a faint clunk when I shift into reverse. I could spend lots of money trying to find problem but I'm hoping somebody else experienced this problem and can point me in the right direction

well the clunk is going to be your carrier bearing starting to go bad, thats what i was told my clunking was going from park to drive or drive to reverse, vice versa.

Think that might have something to do with my vibration?

most likely, I know a lot of guys with bad carrier bearings were complaining of vibrations between 30-45 and then at 55-64 mph.

I buddy chased down a vibration for a year spent a ton of money and had all new u-joints, drive shaft, wheel bearings, and some steering components and a shop finally mentioned the carrier bearing, he got a new one (it wasnt oem) and vibration is completely gone.
