Need new leaf springs need help for perfect setup

Ok now that I'm posting in the right forum cuz I wasn't payin attention I have 8" superlift with add a leaf and stack blocks, I broke both add a leafs in two different places and removed them now I'm saging and it's hard on my shocks and it's the season for me to pull alot of weight. I wanna set my rear up right I was thinking erasing all blocks and goin 8" leafs in the back then make traction bars is that the right way? Next question is I don't have anyone in my area that makes leaf packs but I got priced for a set of bds 8" leaf packs for 680 with u bolts and wondering if a good deal and if there good springs I heard they are made in Canada and believe that's the best I've heard that correct? I don't want cheap springs that'll sag and won't hold weight. Can someone please help me soon so I can make some purchases thank you.
