Trailer plug Help

I was wondering if i could possibly wire a 6 prong plug in the box replacing the 7 prong, but leaving the 7 prong on the bumper.

just go to any parts store, even walmart here has um, and get a 7 flat to six round adapter plug. I mounted an additional one on my truck right above the funny looking tie down thing. I just spliced the wires, but im sure somebody must make an adapter for the wiring harness.
