Need some help with heat/cooling

Ok When i turn the heat or air conditoner on I only get air out of the window defroster no matter what setting the control nob is on. I would like some insight/guesses on as to why i can't get any airflow to the vents or floor thanks.

Check your vacuum pump.It is a little black unit on the passenger inner fender well.Fallow the vacuum line to it.Make sure it is plugged in and with the truck running it should be also.I don't know anyother ways to check it.Check for vacuum leaks and If your truck is 4X4 I bet the hubs don't engage if they are auto hubs.

Your system is in the default setting, you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Check the pump and all the lines under the dsah to make sure they aren't unplugged or broken.
