I have a canadian truck. But my day time running lights have been turned off. Will this mod work?

This is super easy to do...he spells it out well. This is one of the first mods and still one of my favorite mods I have done to my truck. Of course I did it for a different reason, I wanted the fogs on when the highbeams are too. Country roads out here can get dark as he!!

OK with mod how do you trun your fog lights on by the swith or are they alway on with key Brain is not working to good today. and if you do trun them on with the switch how mine will not come on unless headlight are on

I some how managed to get my fog lights to work with the parking lights when I Installed My remote starter, I broke one of the mounting tabs on the light switch, cant tell it mounted up the same, but I can turn the fog lights on with the parking lights

I also did this mod, but am not able to run the foglights with the parking lights. For my foglights to turn on, I need the headlights on, or I can't pull the switch out. Did I skip a step in this mod?

You mean your switch won't even pill out in the parking light position? It should.

Nope, my switch has never pulled out unless it was in the headlight poition, and actually is pulled back in when taken out of headlight position.

huh, that's the way mine is from parking light to off position. not from headlight to parking light position like yours is. You have an 03 6.0, thinks that makes a difference?? IDK Maybe thats something they changed.

I didn't have to modify my switch itself, it always operated this way but the lights just didn't come on...
