B&W Turnoverball hitch. It can be installed without removing the bed. Here is a link for you. B&W Custom Truck Beds, Inc.

If you want the one with the rails look into Draw Tite, Reese, or Valley industries

Get rails and a plate... because then you can use the rails for a 5th wheel as well.

I got em and I love it.

B&W now makes a companion fifth wheel that slides into the location where the ball goes and is totally removable. It is also in the link on my first post. I would prefer this way so you don't have anything in the bed.

Checkout B&W before you install rails. The rails get in your way sometimes and it gets old working around them.

i have a gooseneck on my truck and the rails are under the bed it bolts right up to the frame no drilling holes. the ball part is a fold away and it is flush with the bed. you just have to drill the holes for the mounting bolts to connect it with the rails and a very easy install did it in about an hour or so i will look to see what the brand name is but it is a fold flat hideaway gooseneck...

I don't want anyone to think the rail system is a bad way to go, I just like having a completely flat bed when you aren't towing.
