Electircal Problem HELP PLEASE

MY 2 back up bulbs on my 3rd break light will not turn off
i bought my truck and the truck had burnt out ones in them
i guess for a reason

i bought a 3rd break light led when i discovered this because the white leds would not turn off

so i figured out that there must be a wiring problem.
my doors are not open. my door sensors are not on
my truck is not on or anything
and they white lights light up.

any help?

do i take it to ford to have it re wired or something?

Do any of your interior lights stay on? Have you checked to see if the dimmer switch is turned up too far? If it is up all the way the cargo lights will stay on. Don't know if this will help but doesn't hurt to chime in. Hope you get it fixed.
