Definitely put the 6.0l cooler in. That will help tremendously with your tranny temps.
Out of what you have listed, I would say the cts to monitor the truck or the ford ais intake.
Imo you will not benefit from the exhaust, it would be mostly for the tone.
Most beneficial from your list are the cooler and intake. Next I would do guages or the cts you listed. I feel guages should be one of the first things so you can see how the truck is currently. This will give you a baseline of how the truck behaves. This will also help you out as you upgrade/mod
