Brake light & Door ajar lights flashing???

Just as the title says, my brake light and door ajar lights on the bottom right side of my dash are flashing intermittently but fairly regularly now. I can't figure it out and just figured I'd pick your brains to get some ideas.

Try spraying some silicone lube in the door latches. They are known to stick and cause the lights to do that.
Not sure about the brake light though

I cut the wires going to those things years ago . . . I ended up using the wires for my 08+ mirror heater switch later. I think it's moisture getting to something?? I siliconed my roof marker light lenses and my windshield was resealed already so I can't think of where it is happening at?? it's freakin annoying!!
