Do I need a new U joint?

So I heard this click and I thought it was commin from my transmission when I put it in drive and i almost died thinkin that somethin is wrong with it. Then I put it in reverse when i got to work and realized the "click" is from my rear end. Turns out one of the bolts that hold it to the drive line is missing. Since its been driven with only 3 bolts, should I replace the U joint? Or just get a new bolt

May as well replace it. It's like $25 and about an hours work. Cheap insurance.

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.
