Wheel size and MPG

if i were to go to a 19.5 rim with commercial tires, would it increase my mpg?

also, if going from 235/85 to 265/75 would that decrease my mpg?

I went from stock tires to 35's and went from 20mpg to 18mpg. If you just change to 19.5's keeping the same tire diameter as stock it will not affect your mileage.

a little, not by much, but with commercial tires you'll go a lot longer before needing to buy new ones
