7.3 Missing, Fails Cyl Contribution 1 and 3

Truck is missing, failing the cylinder contribution test on 1 and 3. Passes Buzz test. Shop Replaced UVCH, engine harness, IDM. When I first starting working on truck, It would fail 1, 3 and 5. Now we're down to 1 and 3. UVCH looks good, Ohms out OK. Injectors have oil coming from the spills.

I believe this to be fuel related, is there a check or restriction on the front of the head, causing these 2 cyl to not get fuel? Fuel pressure is holding at 60psi with pump running. Any thoughts, Thanks!

This is an OBS right?
Either way, I'd replace CPS too. Could be because of this - Black, Grey, & Dark Blue Cam Position Sensor Perdels Test - Diesel Forum - TheDieselStop.com

No it's a Superduty. Turns out, through very thought out process, it was air in the passenger fuel rail. Removed the front plug, bled system, truck runs great, customer very happy!
