How often DO YOU change your oil?

On both my truck I always change my oil every 3,000 like clock work. Ford recommends that u change it every 5,000 on the 7.3. I wouldnt mind saving a couple bucks and doing it ever 5,000. What is everyone else doing

Oh, and all I use is Rotella T
