"prevenative maintanence" pays off in the end....im "anal" about my oil changes on my gas rigs......and i would be if i owned a diesel too......i also know that if you look at the maintanence records of two of our customers....the first comes in every 6k......the second comes in evert 4k.....the second one has less overall issues in the first 150k....and way less after that....i think going overboard is better than looking at it as a "when it needs it" type thing....or even worse....neglecting like a ton of guys do......

Man,I wish I could do that! With the driving I do I have to change mine about once a month if I stick with the 5k routine
