Low Mileage 02 Excursion 7.3

New to the site. Looking at a 02 Excursion 7.3 with under 70k miles tonight. two owners, all maint records available (but have not seen yet). Stated to be in excellent condition but the previous owner disconnected the rear AC and second owner has not looked into it yet. Not even sure if it works. Thoughts on this? Problems to look for? KBB high book is about $18,500 and asking price is about $26,500. What's it really worth? Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts.

Any thoughts from you who owns an 02 Excursion? How would I check for engine codes? Is a rig like this worth that kind of cash? Thanks!

if the truck is right its worth what someone will pay. If you know someone and or a shop to check the engine, compression check. If the truck has a full service history its a plus. You know it was cared for then. Ive seen trucks with high miles that look brand new and ran the same. Don't let only low miles be the deciding factor.
