She's still alive 10k miles later. 5 truck pulls (about to be 7), 15 1/4 passes, countless street runs, and an average of 55 miles driven per day since then.

man i am glad i check my rods.found out it has forged. just sold my super chip and man what a terd. my banks 6 gun ,and dont even feel a diffence.what a waste. but first thing monday moring going to order a dp.

Hey how many miles were on the popped motor and how long did you pull with it before the blast? Still some pretty good hone marks on the walls...See me MATT

I had my first mechanical failure today. I sheared the flywheel right off the mounting bolts. Happened at WOT going up hill and with nearly 1000 ft/lbs going through it.

Here is a picture of what the fly wheel is.

The valve covers are coming off for the first time since the build to install 300cc injectors and I'm putting an S400 on as well.

Marty,
Dude sorry to hear the bad luck is following you!! All the years I have been around these trucks I must say I have never heard of someone shearing off a flywheel!! Well we all know you have the tools to fix it, and you'll probably have it fixed by the weekend.

157k miles on the motor, 100k miles at about 300-320 rwhp. 5 days at 400+
