looking for a code or scan reader that will pull codes on the 7.3 any Ideas

You can buy a superchips tuner that is vin locked for cheap on ebay to read codes, or you can get autoengineuity scanner for a laptop that will do all kinds of diagnostics. Not sure which generic scanner is the best for diesels.

i bought a scan guage. reads anything your truck has a sensor for, pulls and clears codes too. record and logs data, reads ICP(HPOP) pretty much awesome. thee also working on it so they can do cylinder contribution testins as well. pretty much a mini AE
