Bully Dog, please help

hello again,
After poking around my 2000 f450 some more I've discovered is has a Bull Dog "Stage 3 High Performance Module" hooked in to the ecm. The truck does blow blak smoke when I shift (6 speed) and pulling my trailer, and runs great. I pull about 10K. (John Deere 320 Skid Steer) Anyhow, I called Bully Dog, and the joker on the phone COULD NOT tell me what I had. He said "all our chips have a 6 pos. switch" mine does not. So then he tries to sell me a new one. Saying we don't support old products like mine. I'm like the truck is a 2000, and you guys obviously know a thing or two about computers right, after all you do computer tuning!!!! So email me a pdf of the specs. NOPE he said. I told him my trucks last 10 years, so when I get a new one I would be delighted to install his product with such good customer suppot. That made him mad!!!!! Sory to ramble, any thaughts, please help.

thanks,

Ridgetop
