just got off the phone with the adjuster, he does alot of stuff at the bodyshop im going to use. He said just take pics of the damage and have the bodyshop write up the estimate and fax it over and he will cut a check......im stoked fosho

Did you get her insurance information? You can just file a claim with them, and let them deal with the stop sign issue, either way she is at fault.

In general, The person that does the "hitting" is more responable the poerson being "hit".. Just a thaught. Good luck.

well because she didnt yeild to her right and ran a stop sign that was missing I hit her, but im in no way responsible.

The adjuster has already told me that her insurance will be paying so.....

Ill be posting up some after the bodyshop pics with a monochrome bumper and grill. Im also going to try and update the headlights with the one piece units

yeah you should have them put the 07 grill, lights and bumper on like I just did, but you can do it for free... sometimes things happen for a reason ha.
