crankshaft v-belt double gove pulley?

crankshaft v-belt double groove pulley?(such as for a snow plow) Does one exist for this motor? I just acquired a 99f550 flatbed and the PTO is driven by a belt on the motor.Problem is it's slipping a lot.And yes I've already gone thru the basics on the belt...I didn't set this up either...half *** mechanic did apparently They had an electromagnetic clutch solid welded and the PTO was running full time.....need I say wobbling badly also? I bought a new mag cluch and pulley for it and this is where I'm at now.

This is also my first diesel so I'm not even sure how the balancing works. Or needless to say what other types of motors I can possibly snatch something off of.

Thanks.
