Towing with 35's on stock wheels

Anyone do any heavy towing with 35's on stock (16x7) wheels have any issues that I should be concerned with? I like the look of the stock wheels and would like to run 315/75/16 BFG A/Ts on them.

My truck (bought used) had 315/75's on it when I bought it. They look great!! But I have to think that it is effecting my MPG. I have nothing to compare it to as I don't know what it was gettig with the old tires but i rarely get anything over 14 can squeeze out 15 all freeway with nothing in the back. MPG may not be a concern for you but I am wanting to go back to stocks or a little bigger to see what happens to the MPG's on my truck.

Forgot to through in that I tow my boat around but it's a 20' aluminum sled so it's really not all that heavy somewhere between 4 and 5k would be my guess. Have also hauled around the camper at about 3k even lighter then the boat. Have yet to have the camper and boat on together.
