Some numbers to share (help)

I have some numbers I want to share with you guys and get your thoughts and ideas what the issue might be. I took my chip out to see if the problem went away and it did.
Truck. 2003 f 350 dieselsite hpop shock injectors, R.R. Exhaust ww2 PHP TUNES
With chip hitting WOT I get a p1211.

with out the PHP tuner
Idle
Icp 475 Ipr 8.2

WOT
Icp. 2850 Ipr 38.3 %

with the tuner in ( PHP).

Icp is at 2850. Ipr is at Over 90%
and I am getting a P1211 all the time

Thanks for the help

Your ICP pressure is higher than mine with the tune.
Mine runs over 90% and at about 1800 psi if i stay in it.

I replaced my IPR and the truck ran a lot smoother and helped a little with the numbers.
