well how deep did it break? If it's one of the long ones then likely the head ripped off and if you take the pump back off you'll still have a stud there to put some vice grips on.

Get that pump off and let us know.

First thing I did

The first thing I did was take the pump back off to see if anything was showing and per my second post in this thread nothing is, not even close.

I have the bolt and some of the threads are still on it that is how deep this is. Just put it in and measured it, it is 1 3/4 inches to touch the end of it and there is close to 3/4 inches of it in there.
