7.3 valvetrain video question... everyone take a look.

I just found this video. I had never seen this before. Can someone explain this to me?

Video - WTF is wrong with my truck is this normal?

Wow surprised that engine is even running. The only thing I can figure is the cam is frigged up

hahaha yeah no doubt eh! Almost like its out of time if it was a gasser. Can't believe he is running it like that he is going to have some serious valvetrain damage

Maybe lpop issues? Lifters loading up wrong? VERY weak springs? Over-revving damage? I've never seen bounce like that before.

isnt there suppose to be alot more oil up there? and if it was a LPOP would the hpop run out and die?
