We limit the Oasis reports otherwise our staff that runs them would be overran with requests for the reports. So, we made it a perk of becoming a Premium Member.

Yes it is for the "special" the "Premium Members". it is a small contribution to the site. you are not required to be premium, but your support helps alot, and an oasis is just one of the perks. if you think you can get into a better site than this with more info, better members, and a better atmosphere, then by all means dont let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya.
