Cold weather grille cover

Where's the best place to get one? And how much do they run? It'll be for a NOBS. I'm not looking to spend too much, but I want better than the CHEAP plastic grille inserts.
Spring is supposed to be coming, i might wait til next winter (October lol) to get one, but it definately gets cold enough here for one.
