Questions about normal operation?

I just got my Edge Insight CTS not long ago, and have recently begun to check all that it can monitor.

First couple questions are:
How accurate are the truck's gauges? As in the Edge insight reads off the truck, but says my transmission will get up to ~180*F (cruising 65 down highway, 82* ambient temp)

My normals sound a little high, so what do these indicate to you?

Boost: MAXED out around 16 (boosted launch hits 16 or so in 3rd gear)
Trans Temp: 180* (unloaded, truck only as previously mentioned)
Engine Oil Temp: 205* (same situation)
ICP: 2850psi
IPR%: 37%
0-60 time: 14.6s (boosted launch)
1/4 mile: 19.0s (boosted launch)
I have not gotten an EGT probe yet, should be here tomorrow.

Known Issues: I have got a SMALL oil leak (1-2 drips every time I stop). I have cleaned the top/valley of the engine, and it has not re-oiled, so it must be on the rear of the motor.. I'm guessing turbo pedestal, but haven't tracked it down.

Anything I should be looking for, the ICP/IPR seem good, but I think the EOT, and Trans are getting a little warm. And I don't think a stock truck is quite this slow? I would like input from you, before I go upgrading anything I want stock to be right.

Truck is:
2002 CCLB - 248,000 miles.
No felt slip in the trans/shifting
~2000 miles on oil (black)
265/75R16 Firestone tires
All stock and original as far as I know/can tell.

Please help, I just need to get this sorted out before it gets expensive.

Honestly, I didn't make a note of it, I will check tomorrow morning before I head in to work. From reading/searching it seems like I am just a little higher than "normal" on oil temp and trans temp. That also assuming that the trucks sensors are accurate.
