ignition switch removal

Hope this is posted in the right place. I need to remove the ignition switch form my 99 f250 super duty. Any one know how to do this? I am down due to the starter trying to engage when the key is on and the clutch is disengaged...

take the upper and lower plastics off and once you do that you have to put your key in. you turn it to one of the clicks and there is a pin under you push up to release the whole thing.
