What to do next

Hey guys
I'm looking for some ideas for the truck.

So far I have all the basics things done.
Intake, Exhaust, Custom Tunes, Lift, Tires, Painted inter-cooler pipes, Tinted windows and more.

But I figure ill ask you guys what I'm missing. Or a mod that you couldn't live without. Sometimes it's the simplest things

Thanks!
Zach

Have gauges and edge Cts to monitor.

Would I want to do the ebpv delete in Wisconsin's cold weather?
