Keyless entry?

I'm wondering how to tell if my truck is equipped with keyless entry. I just got the truck and only received one key with it. I would like to get key fobs for it if I can. It's a 99 f350 xlt 4x4 crew cab. Any ideas or anyone with the exact same truck?
Thanks!

I would imagine it probably does.

If you're impatient - go to Orielly or Autozone and get a replacement ford keyfob and battery for it - they're like $15.

Then look on here for the keyfob programming sequence. Its something to do with turning the key on and off a couple times, press the locks, press button on remote or something - you'll find it.

If you're not impatient, I've seen the fobs on Amazon.com for as cheap as $3 or $4 at times.

Well I tried the programming sequence just to see what happened. I turned the key on - off 8 times within 10 seconds. Then the doors are supposed to unlock to verify that the programming mode has been started. No dice, cant get it to verify so maybe the truck doesn't have keyless entry?

Not all power lock trks have remote keyless. My trks dont but the Ex does... go figure. Try the key-cycle trick a couple times as it can be finicky. It normally takes me 2-3 trys to activate the system on our Ex...

My ex has it, I bought one FOB & got my other from a truck at work. Cycle the key from off to on 8 times within 10 seconds, the door locks will cycle lock then unlock. You then press the lock on the FOB which the door will lock then unlock, then do the the second FOB right afterwards.

Make sure you do both/all remotes for that trk... once you reset one, any others not reset at the same time will no longer work. I think you can program up to 4 for the same trk. We had 3 at one time before... down to none now, need to get some.
