Question Will Ford put 7.3L in truck now?

I was told from a friend that Ford will put a 7.3L in a truck if you ask for it. This friend is stupid and says stuff all the time and ends up being wrong, but had to check this out. Anyways, will Ford put the 7.3L engine in a newer body style later than 03? I would guess they wont even make those trucks today. Anyways, I hope it is true!!!

7.3 was taken out because it wouldn't meet new emissions, they won't do that....

7.3

Ford North America stopped in '03 but you could get a right hand drive super with a 7.3 till '05 out of brazil. They shipped them to africa and australia to name a few places.
