I don't use my truck that much but when I do I usually pull a trailer. I can be a porblem on the road geting fuel with a trailer and all the cars and car type drivers at the car pumps . I have a 99 truck with a 7.3 had it since it was new. I sure would like use the big rig pump what would i have to do or buy
The only one down side issue I see is in Arizona buying at the “big rig fueling pumps” is there is another 18 cents of road tax per gallon.
The lines can be as long if not longer.
The other + & - is the volume delivered, fills faster but also more foamy.
I had a high flow pump blow out of the fill neck on my F250 and sprayed fuel all over me, the truck, and trailer. I now know to put it on the slowest setting.
I've used the big nozzle pumps before, they barely fit and it's probably a good idea not to pump wide open as mentioned.
