Turbo Boost and turbo ?

so I installed my gauges tonight. With my chip on the highest setting I am only seeing about maybe 15 lbs of boost max. Is this normal?? I have plugged the waste gate and unplugged the EBPV. Also I connected the boost line to the vacuum line that runs to the MAP sensor is that correct?

When I was installing the Exhaust I had to pull the intercooler pipe to get more room to the down pipe. I noticed there was oil in the pipe that goes into the inter cooler. Also on the inlet side of the turbo there is that little breather hose that comes up from the valve cover there was Oil in there as well.. IS this common as well or are there some things I need to fix???

Recheck all our clamps first. If that does not fix it then take off the intercooler boots, clean them boots and tubes real clean then put it all back together. You should see at least 24-25psi.

after installing my gauges, I noticed I was only getting 10psi on an 80hp econo setting. I cranked down all my boots and got up to 22psi

well I did a pressure test on my truck today and I do have a leak. On the main pipe that bolts to the head it is leaking in between the head and that main pipe. So monday it goes to the dealer ship so they can take a look at it and get it fixed
