A Good Buy?

Hi ive been searching all over the place for about a year now, i really want a 99 ford powerstroke ive found one but wanna know if its worth it.

here specs: This 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL 4-Dr Extended Cab Long Bed Diesel Truck runs great, looks great, drives great and has only 144,213 miles. This Clean Rust Free Vehicle is a perfect example that highway miles don't affect the quality of the vehicle. This vehicle is equipped with a powerful 7.3L Power Stroke V8 DIR Turbo Diesel Engine with a Manual Transmission. The exterior is complimented with a Red paint color, and the interior is a Medium Flint colored cloth, this vehicle is equipped with many factory options such as: Power Brakes, Rear-Wheel ABS, Front Split Bench Seat, Power Steering, Kenwood AM/FM/CD Audio System, Hinged Fourth Door, Tachometer, Driver and Passenger Front Airbags, Cloth Seats, Intermittent Windshield Wipers, Steel Rear Bumper, Spray On Bedliner, Goose Neck Hitch, 16 Inch Wheels, and much more. Are you sure your not selling this truck Sorry couldn't help it but that was like reading a sales add!. Heck sounds like a very good buy for that price. If you can get it to a mechanic to give it a once over before you buy. Also go to the 7.3 tech section there is a writeup of what to look for when buying a powerstroke

yeah i copied and pasted sales ad. well i just saw the ad today on craigslist, and the gone is already gone 3hrs. later. i hope he didnt sell i really wanted it.
i think im gonna buy it if he didnt sell...
