Is this the same thing just on a adjustable level as the 10k mod? and what do u think about both ? does the mod +/- mileage and +/- power?

I bought one. Didn't really do much. I probably should have just saved the $50 and put it toward the custom tuned programmer that is currently being shipped (hurry up dammit).

I've had one for a year now. Quick way for some cheap hp. It won't shread the tires like a chip will, but she def. has more pep in her.
