Have VIN, trying to figure out if early or late 1999

i have my VIN # and I am trying to find out when it was made. I understand it makes a difference when it was made. How do I use my VIN number to find out the production date?

Thank-you very much.

I sent a question asking since my ford looks like it was built 6/18/1999.

Does that make it a "late 99" ford? That is what I think.

Thanks again for your help.
