2000 7.3L auto tranny shift points
My apologies if this issue has already been addressed; first time on forum.
I have a 2000 F350 7.3L auto tranny. No real problems with engine of tranny but these trannys have weird shift points. I have heard the Banks TransCommand helps with this. Can anyone shed light on this and/or make suggestions. thx BB |

Thanks man:
Are TW and Jody available to me in Alaska? Have you noticed that the stock 7.3s shift prematurely after second or third gear? I noticed your profile said waste gate deleted. Does this increase power? Mine has a waste gate. Maybe that has something to do with the way it it senses a load and and thus how it shifts. Your input is appreciated! BB |
