Driving Crew Cab 8ft Bed as a Daily?

Anyone else drive a Crew Cab 8ft bed as a daily? Do you find it a pain in the a55? Any funny stories about driving something that long?

Just bored, sparking up some conversation on this rainy saturday..

I always just park and take up four slots at the grocery store because its easier, and I get too many door dings from other people..

Yeah parking is always in the back forty. People always cram there vehicles in tight spots just to be at that much closer.

Funny thing is I have an extended cab short box and I still park as far away as possible. People around here think it is funny to park as close as possible. I need to protect my baby...

I go back and forth between a CCLB and CCSB and they definitely suck to park.

I drive mine every single day. No problems, I'll never have a crew cab shortbed- They just don't look right to me. Especially lifted- kinda reminds me of a short bus

The only thing that bugs me about my CCLB is trying to make a U-turn...

Forget it, not gonna happen, might as well go around the block!

I do too.. and its a dually. Its like parking a bus, lukily the truck i drive for work is much longer so my trucks feels like a go cart handling through tight areas. Driving a beer truck thru manhattan and brooklyn really make driving any thing feel easy
