Painted bumpers are part of the sport package I believe. It's just the shocks, skid plates and that really cool sticker. I think it adds 5HP!!!!  Matt

I'm not sure I have EVER heard anyone smacking themselves in the head because they didn't get the FX4 package. I have been smacking myself in my own head since I didn't go with the Lariat (or King Ranch) edition!
