How do I go about disabling the whole speaker box thing? It looks like its above the fuse box?

it sounds like an air bag code check to see if the airbag light comes on when the ignition is turned on the rcm uses the chime when the light is inop or bulb is burned. With no door ajar lamp it can only be a warning inducator code. If the bulb test passes meaning if all waring indicators come on when the ignition is turned to run the it may be a wiring issue with the air bag system

Mine does the same thing and it's because the light on the right side of the dash that comes on when you turn the passenger airbag off with the key is burned out. Hope that helps.

You can't unhook the chime module on a lot of the newer vehicles because it goes through the PCM and the truck will not start. Not sure if this applies to the Super Duty or not.

You seem to have hit the nail on the head here, there is no SRS light when cluster self tests at startup.. Will have to let fleet mechanic look at it.
