You can run it but will be more or less a SMOKE TUNE

Most everyone doens't see much difference between 100 and 140, your hpop can only push so much, like bigwhite said it'll be more smoke and prob closer to 100hp gain. You need alot of supporting mods to make the 140, it'll still be fun & smoky

my turbo cannot keep up with the 140 tune. My turbo can't even keep up with the 60 tow tune when I get on it. Surges real bad unless I ease into it. I need a new one real bad

yea my stock turbo didnt like the new power either. I went with the ATS housing. A bit more spendy but has good resale and it cures the problem completely
