I didn't bother on waiting for my letter. Besides I'm the second owner and I don't rely on the "system" to mail me anything. My buddy bought his '99 the other day, (I convinced him to join the family and be rid of his Dodge HEMI). He got his done the same day he bought it. Oh, and I swear it took under 10 mins. But I guess 10-15mins is still pretty good.

Well I had mine inspected yesterday. I know it had the "lastest one" when I brought it in, but the wanted to inspect it anyway. Drop it off at 8:30am and the called at 3:45pm to say it was done. They wouldn't refund me the money for the new sensor I bought and paid for. They said i have to get it back from ford. They didn't try to up sell anything like brakes ect, but they did take off my plate frames and put there dealership's name plate frames on it. I'm going to another dealer to see if the can help me out on the refund process.

I'm thinking another dealer. There is (2) Ford dealerships in town, well the other is Mercury, but I get the same type of "problems" from Ford. I have a great standing relationship with the Mercury dealership. I think I call them about twice a week for OASIS reports on rigs I'm lookin into and they have always been cool with everything. Or maybe you were just dealin with an a$$ that day. But yeah, doing that part should be a squeeze into the schedule because it doesn't take very long. If it were Marc, 10-15 mins tops.
