What do you guys think about this truck?

What could the compression loss be? Could it be something cheap or is it not worth it?

Pretty sure the only way to get the compression back is to do a rebuild.
That may be worth it though, seems like the truck could be had for pretty cheap.

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.

Could it be driven like he said it can because a rebuild really wouldnt be in cards for awhile

I would say its a very good deal. Add up all the other stuff that's new and replaced. If body and interior are as good as it says. If you can and are able to do a short block swap you could flip the truck for $12-14k. 7.3's are getting to be a bit more in demand due to no emissions crap on them. Sooo no worries about testing.

If it was closer too me I might jump on it, then drop it off at my powerstroke guy and see whats the cost for the repair. But the possibilty of owning a dually for maybe under 10 grand

Yea unfortunately i dont have the money to buy it outright we would have to trade for my dodge v10. i sent him a message but he still hasnt responded
