Help me with my new 1999 F250 PSD

I'm kind of an older codger and would really appreciate your wisdom on taking care of a 7.3 PSTD. I just bought a very nice 1999 F250 XLT 7.3L with crew cab. It has a cold air intake (don't know which, but it has a clear cover) and a Beans Performance chip with and Stage 1 injectors installed a couple of years ago as well as a 4" lift. I know nothing about chips or injectors...just reading the receipt in the jockey box. The mileage is a little over 180K and, for reference to any one pricing these, I paid $9K over in Colorado. So far, I'm tickled pink with it.

I had an '01 work truck with a 7.3L some years ago which I loved (reason I've been wanting one), but all I did with it was change oil and add fuel. I want to know your opinions help me maintain this truck to run for another 200-300K miles. Give me your experience concerning the most important maintenance items/intervals on the engine and the auto transmission. Also, what spares (like cam position sensor) should I always have on board. Thank you all so much.

Keep up the recommended maintenance. If you want to use synthetic oils then do oil analysis tests every so often or if your going to use regular oils then follow Ford's recommendations on interval changes.
