The ITP boost fooler wont get rid of the code if it is for ICP that works to get rid of the overboost code. The DP chip ITP combo is excellent. Have you pulled codes to see if it is a p1211 or P1249

ok so i pulled the codes and i didnt even realize i had 2 trouble codes till now
anyways they are P1249 and it says wastegate control ( what the hell is that) seond one is P1211 and it says that this code is normal for perforance tune... thats the one i new i had and i want to no if there is a way to keep that from popping up because doesnt it take power from me when it comes up? thanks

The 1249 is because the wastegate is opening late. do you have the red line unplugged. The ITP fooler will stop that code and keep the engine from defueling. over so many #'s of boost.

no i do not have the red line unplugged should i ive been considering it but im still kinda scared i have gauges on order and should be getting them this coming week if that makes a difference

Yeah you definately gotta have gauges. with that. unplugging the red line wont hurt a thing. just make sure you stick the line over a bolt or something

alright i thank you many times lol and i guess i cant do anything about the other code

clear the other code, when you get your DP it will probably only show up in the high HP tunes. That code just means that the Tune is demanding more HPO than the pump can keep up with. If you do get that code alot with the DP chip Jody can lower the HPO pressure demand in his tunes as well IIRC

ok but would it be better to just leave it with the code possible coming up or be better to lower the hpo and the iirc would i lose power by doing that
