Kill Switch

Can I put a switch on my fuel pump to kill it so the truck will not start as an anti theft method? And if someone were to try to start it with no fuel pump, would it start and die quick or just crank and crank?

Then if I turn on the pump will it pressure its self then start like normal?

And if the truck is running and runs out of fuel (kill the pump or even run out of fuel) will that damage the injectors? Or will it just die?

ok so I figured out that if i pull the small wire on the starter solenoid on the passanger side it makes the truck unable to crank. Any idea where the other end of that wire is? I would guess it must end somewhere under the dash in the cab. I dont want to run a wire from there into the cab and back if i dont have to....
