noise/white smoke/startup
Well this morning while syarting my truck it made a funny noise, sounded like a sick cat almost, yeeeeeooooooowwww, not loud but just kind of a steady squeek noise. It made the noise with just the key forward waiting for the glowplug light to go off. Also when starting it lately its been smoking white smoke fairly heavily, actually most of the winter. I keep it plugged in, in my garage as well. It doesnt seem to start and run as smoothly either at startup even when plugged in, maybe my block heater is shot? I live in MN and its been 0 degrees or colder so im hoping its just the truck not liking the cold. The smoke clears up after its up to temp and doesnt smoke on other starts throughout the day. Im guessing GPR bad, bad glowplugs, bad injector, bad o-ring on injector?
