Here it is again....STACKS!!!

OK... I know there is tons of threads out there about STACKS! But I would like to know if there is any particular way of doing a stack setup, other than straight exhaust with a 90 degree up, right benind the cab, through the bed.... Right? What size pipe? Do I need any kind of water stop for rain??? Lay it all down for me. Thanks!

Thanks a lot man... I plan on having just one stack on the passengers side. So why the flex tube? Any particular reason?
